1. I'm already a Kespronet webstore user
Great, you can start using Kespro Deliveries service right away for free!
Log in to Kespronet webstore and open Kespro Deliveries service from the service menu.
2. I already have Kespro credentials
All good, you can go straight to Kespro Deliveries service!
Log in and open Kespro Deliveries service.
3. My company doesn't yet have Kespro credentials
As a company decision-maker, you can request credentials activation by contacting Kespro's customer service or your sales representative.
After that, you will receive an activation link in your email – remember to check your spam folder if needed.

Note! If you're not a Kespro customer yet, you must first apply for a customer relationship.
4. My company needs to grant Kespro credentials to a new user
EMPLOYEES: You can get your own Kespro credentials through your company's decision-maker – such as your boss – or through individuals designated by them.
DECISION-MAKERS: Adding a new user the Kespro credentials is possible through the User rights maintenance service. Log in and open the User rights maintenance service. Kespro's customer service or your sales representative can help if needed.
