THE STRIKE - INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS

The PAM trade union has issued a strike warning that also affects grocery businesses. The strike warning include Kesko’s warehouses from February 17 to 20, as well as cash-and-carry outlets and regional terminals from February 19 to 22. If the strike takes place, it will cause significant delivery challenges for Kespro during above mentioned period.

We recommend preparing for the strike in advance! Place your orders early by ordering Week 8 products now for Weeks 6 and 7.

If the strike takes place, Kespro will not be able to fulfill all customer orders between February 18 and 23. Product shortages may occur across Finland. After Monday of Week 8, the grocery assortment (e.g., cigarettes, confectionery, and grocery store packaging sizes) will no longer be available for ordering via Kespro. We expect the situation to gradually normalize by Week 9.

Deliveries to customers with critical infrastructure (such schools, hospitals, elderlycare, daycare etc.) will be prioritized. Deliveries will be made using special arrangements.

We will actively inform our customers in kespro.com further when we receive additional information on this issue.
